Our Canadian resort is on a peninsula which juts out
into the middle of the lake, so you can catch all the fish
you want without even getting in your boat! Lac Des Mille Lacs is French for "lake of the thousand lakes", so there
are many fishing spots to choose from if you choose to
venture out further. Find your perfect fishing spot among
the thousands of islands and bays. Cast out your line
and try to catch your limit!

Helpful tips for first time anglers.

If you are a first time angler on our waters, watch for
hazardous rocks and shallow shoals. Pine Point and
all the resorts on Lac Des Mille Lacs place buoys on
the hazards nearest them. But take care to watch for
unmarked rocks that could easily damage your boat
or motor. There are 59,000 acres of water, so a GPS
is very advantageous. Getting lost is a real possibility.
