Canadian Moose Hunting Package

$3,100 for up to four hunters for seven nights
Includes one adult Canadian moose hunting tag and hunting in one of two wildlife management units for which Pine Point Resort holds tags. A Canadian moose hunting license may be purchased at our store for $426.98. Each license allows a hunter to shoot either this year's calf or an adult moose.

Reserve the moose hunt of a lifetime early! Our
Ontario, Canada resort holds only six adult moose
tags that are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
A $1,000 deposit is required to hold your tag. Your reservation is confirmed when your deposit is received.

Canadian Black Bear Hunting Package

$1,500 for one hunter for seven nights
Includes baiting your Canadian black bear, use of one of our bear stands in Wildlife Management Unit 12B, and one Canadian black bear tag. A bear hunting license may be purchased at our store for $213.36.

Reserve your Canadian black bear hunt now! Our Ontario, Canada resort holds black bear tags that are sold on a first come, first served basis. A $750 deposit is required to hold your tag. Your reservation is confirmed when your deposit is received.

Non-Canadian residents must bring a old gun hunting license for gun or bow hunting. If you don't have an old hunting license, then you must bring a current one.
We will certify the license is legal and make a photocopy
to turn into the Ministry of Natural Resources with your Canadian hunting license application.

 

Guides are not required for the tags we issue for Management Units 12B and 15B

Extra adults may accompany your hunting party to fish or hunt small game for
$360 per person, per week

Blaze orange clothing that covers 50% of the body and an orange cap are required. If you bring your four-wheeler or ATV, you must wear a helmet during use.

Canadian Moose Hunting

to miles of shoreline as well as flowages into the
lake— perfect for hunting down that bull moose!

Bring your boat and cruise the shorelines or use
your off-road ATV to looking for the magnificent North
American moose. Boats and motors are available
for rent, or bring your own.

Moose hunt the gun season or the archery season.
The 2010 moose archery season is September 18
through October 8. The 2010 gun season is October 9
through December 14 for Canadian residents and
October 11 through November 14 for non-residents.
Archery hunters may apply for a land use permit and
camp somewhere near the area they plan to hunt.

Your hunter information for the this year's hunting
season and deposit must be received by May 1.

Canadian Black Bear Hunting

Black bear hunting is truly a unique experience.
Careful wildlife management practices assure that
black bear hunting in Ontario has a good opportunity for
success. Large populations of black bears thrive on
the food sources and forest cover found in the vast
expanse of natural habitat surrounding our Canadian
resort . If a beautiful black bear rug is what you'd like to
take home from your hunting trip, reserve your Canadian
black bear hunting package at our Ontario resort today!

You will be set up in a wilderness location complete
with a pre-baited stand.
Contact us to see where our
four stands are located. Cameras may be in use at
select stands during baiting. Stands are assigned as
deposits are received so mail your deposit early in
order to get first choice of stands.

How you hunt is up to you. You may use a gun, bow,
shotgun (special requirements apply), or muzzleloader.
If you need transportation to and from your stand,
Pine Point Resort can provide it by truck or boat.
